These Terms and Conditions apply to the Kids: Move, Match, Learn mobile application (the "Application"), created by Galaxy Sprouts (the "Service Provider").
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Application.
The Application is designed for children and families. The Application can be used without creating an account.
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
The Application, including its content, design, graphics, audio, software code, and all related intellectual property rights, is owned by the Service Provider or licensed to the Service Provider.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract the source code, translate, redistribute, or create derivative works of the Application, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
All trademarks, logos, and brand elements related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider may update the Application from time to time to improve features, fix bugs, or comply with legal or platform requirements.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be available, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
You agree to accept updates when offered through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Some functions of the Application may require an internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function fully due to lack of internet access or insufficient data allowance.
If you use the Application over mobile data, you may be charged by your mobile network provider. You are responsible for any such charges, including roaming charges.
You are responsible for keeping your device secure. The Service Provider recommends that you do not jailbreak or root your device. Jailbreaking/rooting may reduce your device’s security and may cause the Application to malfunction.
The Application uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) to collect limited anonymous usage and crash data, solely to improve app quality and stability. The Application does not require registration and does not collect personally identifiable information such as name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
Advertising identifiers (such as IDFA/GAID) are not collected or used. The collected data is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or behavioral advertising.

The Application may offer optional in-app purchases that unlock additional content and features.
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). The Service Provider does not store or process payment card details.
Purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where refunds are required by applicable law or granted by Apple or Google under their refund policies.
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, you should first request a refund through the App Store or Google Play. If you need additional assistance, you may contact the Service Provider at galaxysprouts@gmail.com.
The Application is intended for children. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a child’s use of the Application and for managing in-app purchase permissions on their device.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at galaxysprouts@gmail.com.
The Application uses third-party services to provide analytics and crash reporting (Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics by Google LLC). Use of these services is governed by Google’s applicable terms and privacy policies.
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While the Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the Application stable and up to date, the Service Provider does not make warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Application’s reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Application.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
The Service Provider may stop providing the Application at any time. If the Application is discontinued, you may need to stop using it and delete it from your device.
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted means the updated Terms apply.
