This Privacy Policy applies to the Kids: Move, Match, Learn mobile application (the "Application"), created by Galaxy Sprouts (the "Service Provider").
The Application is designed for children and can be used without creating an account. The Service Provider does not collect personally identifiable information such as name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or user-generated content.
The Application collects only limited technical and usage information to help improve app stability and user experience. This information is processed through the following third-party services:
Firebase Analytics is used to understand how users interact with the Application and to improve features and content. The Service Provider uses Firebase Analytics in a privacy-focused way.
Firebase Analytics may collect:
Advertising identifiers (such as IDFA/GAID) are not collected or used. The collected analytics data is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or behavioral advertising.
Firebase Crashlytics is used to identify and fix technical issues and improve stability.

Crash reports are intended to contain technical diagnostics only and do not intentionally include personally identifiable information.
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
The Service Provider does not sell or share personal information with third parties.
Limited analytics and crash data described above is processed by Google LLC (Firebase) to provide analytics and crash reporting services. This data is used only to operate these services and to help the Service Provider improve the Application.
The Service Provider does not use collected data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or behavioral advertising, and does not enable any ad-related features in Firebase.
The Application is designed for children. The Service Provider is committed to protecting children's privacy in compliance with applicable laws such as COPPA and GDPR.
The Application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The only data collected is limited anonymous usage and crash data as described above, which is used solely to improve the Application.
Advertising identifiers are not collected or used. The Application does not display ads and does not perform behavioral advertising or profiling.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's use of the Application. If you believe that a child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at galaxysprouts@gmail.com and the Service Provider will take appropriate action.
You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application.
The Service Provider does not collect or store personally identifiable information. Analytics and crash data is associated with anonymous identifiers (such as App Instance ID). If you would like to request deletion of data associated with your installation of the Application, you may contact the Service Provider at galaxysprouts@gmail.com.
Please note that because the Service Provider does not collect user accounts or personal identifiers, the Service Provider may not be able to reliably identify a specific user's data without additional technical details.
Data transmitted to Firebase is encrypted in transit. The Service Provider limits data collection to the minimum required to improve stability and user experience.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted means the updated policy applies.
